The Narcissist
Driven by **Insecurity**. They need your praise and attention to feel alive. They hurt you because they feel slighted or ignored.
The Psychopath
Driven by **Utility**. They have no ego to bruise. They hurt you because you are a tool that has outlived its usefulness. They feel nothing.
Core Traits of a Predator
Superficial Charm
They are often the most liked person in the community. They study human emotion like a language and mimic it perfectly to blend in.
Parasitic Lifestyle
They rarely support themselves. They move from "host" to "host," using partners for money, housing, or social status.
Complete Lack of Remorse
If caught, they don't feel guilty. They feel annoyed that they were caught and will immediately pivot to a new lie.
The Danger in D/s and Pack Life
Psychopaths are attracted to power dynamics. In our community, they may seek "Master" or "Alpha" roles specifically to bypass the standard rules of social conduct.
- Artificial Empathy: They will say exactly what you want to hear to gain "consent," but they have no intention of honoring your limits.
- Calculation: While a Narcissist might lash out in anger, a Psychopath is calm. Their abuse is planned and systematic.
The "Uncanny Valley" Feeling
Trust your gut. If someone feels "too smooth" or if their eyes don't match their smile, back away. You cannot "fix" a person who lacks the biological capacity for empathy.
